DC Construction shares a genuine passion for building and strong commitment to customer service excellence. The owner, David Coxhell has an extensive background in the building industry with over thirty five years experience. He has an assembled team of likeminded professional contractors who can be relied on, at all times, to deliver excellent projects.
DC Construction has been the proud recipient of multiple industry building awards including Master Builder of the Year twice.
DC Construction is a family business, with projects both on the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne.
DC Construction also provides Project Management domestic consultancy, including providing client support and reassurance, proactive intervention when required, and can be a great client back up, with negotiations between builders, architects, subcontractors, and other consultants. The business uses its 35 years of experience and expertise to reach logical, economic and common sense solutions to the majority of issues, and is respectful and fair to all parties, in advising the best outcomes.

- Personally responsible for some 12 housing awards with the Stonehenge Group, including the Consul General’s residence project in Japan

- Oversaw many high quality projects, with full accountability for quality, client relationships, architectural collaborations
- Left as Director of the Stonehenge Group to start DC Construction Pty Ltd, as have been doing so, successfully for the the last 18 years.
